How It Works

Whether you need one product line or a full packaging kit, Tendlyn follows a transparent workflow designed for D2C brands and overseas buyers.

Artwork to delivery

Four stages. One packaging partner.

Whether you need stickers only or a full unboxing kit, Tendlyn follows a transparent workflow—each stage has clear inputs, deliverables, and an English-speaking lead who owns the outcome.

Stage 1

Brief & Specification

Map materials, sizes, and finishes for your brand stage

You share artwork files, target sizes, material preferences, finish requirements, and quantity bands. We confirm MOQ, tooling needs, and lead time—so you are not paying for foil dies before you have approved a flat print proof.

Typical inputs

  • Artwork or dieline (AI, PDF, or reference sample)
  • Pantone or physical color references
  • Target quantity and reorder cadence
  • Destination market for compliance markings
Deliverable Scoped quote with material options, MOQ, and production timeline

Stage 2

Proof & Golden Sample

Approve color and finish before bulk release

We issue a digital proof for layout, bleed, and color. For foil, emboss, or new substrates we produce golden samples for physical sign-off. Nothing enters bulk production until you approve in writing.

Typical inputs

  • Approved artwork revisions
  • Finish references (foil color, emboss depth)
  • Sign-off contact on your team
Deliverable Signed proof and/or approved golden sample
Stickers & Labels

Stage 3

Print, Finish & QC

Color-matched production with inline inspection

Approved jobs move to print, die-cut, foil, emboss, or bag conversion lines. We run inline color checks and spot inspections—defective units are sorted before cartoning. You receive production photos on request.

Typical inputs

  • Signed proof or golden sample
  • Packing and labeling instructions for cartons
Deliverable QC-cleared bulk packaging ready for dispatch
Specialty Finishes
Branded packaging cartons prepared for international shipment

Stage 4

Pack & Ship

Bulk cartons to your warehouse worldwide

Finished packaging is carton-packed and shipped to your US, EU, UK, or ANZ warehouse—or held for coordinated delivery with your product inbound schedule. Tracking is shared with your team.

Typical inputs

  • Delivery address and incoterms preference
  • Carton mark requirements
Deliverable Dispatch confirmation with tracking references
Shipping Boxes
