Tendlyn (“we”, “us”) operates tendlyn.com as a custom packaging OEM website for D2C brands and overseas buyers. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

When you submit a Get a Quote inquiry or email us directly, we may receive:

• Name, company/brand name, and business email address
• Store or website URL
• Product line interest, order quantities, and finish requirements
• Project briefs describing packaging needs, sizes, and material preferences
• Optional file attachments (artwork, dielines, reference images)

We do not intentionally collect payment card data through this website. Production orders and commercial contracts are handled separately under agreed terms.

How we use your information

We use inquiry data solely to:

• Respond to your quote or scope request
• Prepare custom packaging proposals with MOQ, materials, and lead-time options
• Coordinate follow-up with our production team in China
• Maintain a record of active client conversations

We do not sell inquiry data to third-party lead brokers.

Business email requirement

Our contact form blocks common consumer email domains (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo) to prioritize verified business inquiries. This is an anti-spam measure, not a guarantee of commercial fit.

Data retention

Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to service an active engagement or comply with applicable business record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of non-contract inquiry data by emailing aaron@axwp.com.

Third-party services

This site may use:

• Google Analytics (aggregated traffic measurement)
• Hosting/CDN providers (page delivery and security)

These providers process data under their own privacy terms. We do not grant them access to your project briefs beyond standard server logs.
