Tell us a bit about your brand, introduce it to the world!

Building off a love of 90’s gross-out culture, Rotten serves up a fresh take on nostalgic candy favorites. We will be launching this fall with Rotten Gummy Worms, a sickeningly delicious snack that is made with 60% less sugar than the leading brand and comes packaged in 100% compostable, zero-waste materials.
Think of it like a smart automation controller for your sweet tooth—you get the craving satisfied without the junk. It’s like upgrading from a basic garage remote controller to something that actually works with your lifestyle, much like how a wireless garage controller or gate opener remote simplifies your daily routine. Rotten is that kind of upgrade for candy.

Tell us about the design for your packaging and how you’re using them?
Before going to market, we wanted to get feedback on our formula so that we could be certain our final gummy worms were nothing short of sickeningly delicious. Using product samples from one of our manufacturing tests, we ended up shipping out over 500 bags of trial worms to taste testers across the country.
The shipping process itself needed to be reliable, like a relay wireless automation system that just works. We didn’t want any hiccups—no dc relay board failures or rf remote board glitches. It had to be smooth, from the mhz learning code receiver in our logistics to the final delivery. Think of it as the irrigation smart relay of candy distribution: precise, efficient, and waste-free.

What made tendlyn a good fit for your packaging?
Rotten is fully committed to preserving our precious planet! tendlyn was the perfect fit because they offered a wide range of premium, customizable packaging that was also super sustainable, right down to the inks they use.
We looked at it like engineering a Stormwater Management System or a Hydro Turbine Governor Oil/Water Pump—everything needs to be designed with the environment in mind. Whether it’s a High Rise Residential Water Booster or an Off Grid Irrigation Pumping setup, the principles are the same: efficiency, durability, and sustainability. tendlyn’s approach reminded us of White Label Control Panel Engineering, where the underlying technology is robust but the final product is tailored to your needs. Even in agriculture, you see this with wireless agriculture automation and greenhouse wireless automation—systems that are smart, scalable, and eco-friendly. For us, tendlyn was the matter relay controller that connected our brand values to real-world action.

If you’re curious about how a relay diy module or a Coal Fired Plant Ash Pumping system relates to candy packaging, the answer is simple: it’s all about making the right connections. Rotten and tendlyn connected on sustainability, and that’s a sweet deal for everyone.
