Caso: Envello Linens
Envello offers premium quality, fair-priced bedding and accessories that combine cutting-edge innovations with old-world techniques and quality materials. They spin and weave all of their yarns, hand-cut all of their patterns and manually inspect each finished item to make sure it’s up to Envello standards.
Because Envello’s products include bedding, robes, and towels, they needed large and sturdy packaging that would not only fit its products nicely but also withstand wear and tear during shipping. Tendlyn provided blank, structural samples of corrugated mailer boxes so that Envello can test whether their products would fit. However, because the nature of their products required such large boxes, many packaging suppliers don’t have large enough machines to produce boxes of those sizes. To resolve this, Tendlyn worked with a supplier to innovate and produced one of the boxes as 2 pieces that are laminated together, creating 1 large, sturdy box.
