Aenomaly Constructs is a new kind of bike component company on a mission to create disruptive and innovative solutions for cycling. Their debut product is the SwitchGrade(TM) - the world’s first bike saddle angle adjuster.
With the launch of SWITCHGRADE™, a game-changing new bike component that lets riders change their saddle angle on the fly, Aenomaly Constructs needed a way to wow their customers beyond the product. Because their bike component is uniquely shaped, Aenomaly Constructs started a structural design project with Tendlyn to create the ideal insert structure.
The box inserts were constructed to securely hold the bike component in place, positioned right in the middle of the mailer box to make the best first impression when unboxed. The outside of the mailer boxes were fully printed with unique patterns and detailed information about their product, truly making use of all sides of the box to deliver the best experience. Altogether, the single color blank print on a brown kraft mailer is the perfect, rustic design for their audience of riders and bikers.
