We collect only what we need to answer you and run the site:

• Inquiry and quote forms: name, email, company, WhatsApp or phone, website, country, and project details you choose to send.
• Signup popup: email address, if you register for member offers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.
• Messages you send by email or WhatsApp.

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website.

How we use it

We use personal information to:

• reply to quote requests and packaging briefs, usually within 24 hours;
• send samples, proofs, and order updates you have asked for;
• email new-customer or member offers if you submitted the signup form;
• improve the site, measure traffic, and keep it secure;
• meet legal, tax, and export-compliance duties.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses essential cookies so pages work, plus Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic. Analytics data is used in anonymized or aggregated form where possible. You can block analytics cookies in your browser; the rest of the site will still load.
