These terms govern your use of www.tendlyn.com and any quote, sample, or production work you request from Guangzhou Tendlyn Trading Co., Ltd. (“Tendlyn”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or sending an inquiry, you agree to them.

The website

Content on this site—product photos, copy, dielines shown as examples, and case studies—is for information. Dimensions, print, materials, and finishes in galleries are reference only; every job is specified in a written quote.

We may change or remove site content without notice. We do not warrant that the site is uninterrupted or error-free.

You may not scrape, copy, or reuse our photography, trademarks, or text for competing packaging marketing without written permission.

Quotes and orders

A website inquiry or popup signup is not an order. Prices, MOQs, lead times, and shipping in a quote are estimates until we issue a written confirmation and you accept it.

Custom packaging is made to your artwork and specifications. Once plates, tooling, or production have started, changes and cancellations may incur costs for work already done, materials, and freight.

Samples, if offered, may be charged or credited against a later bulk order as stated in the quote.

Your artwork and approvals

You are responsible for the accuracy of dielines, copy, colors, barcodes, and claims in the files you supply. Production follows the approved proof. Color variation within normal print and material tolerance is not a defect.

You confirm that you have the rights to all logos, images, and text you send us, and that production of the packaging will not infringe third-party IP. You will indemnify Tendlyn against claims arising from artwork you provided.

Delivery and risk

Delivery dates are estimates. Transit, customs, and force majeure events (including factory disruption, port congestion, and extreme weather) can affect timing. Title and risk pass as stated in the confirmed order (typically FCA or as otherwise agreed).

Inspect goods on arrival and notify us promptly of shortages or transit damage, with photos. Claims for hidden manufacturing defects should be raised within a reasonable period after delivery.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tendlyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including lost sales or brand reputation) arising from site use or from a packaging project. Our aggregate liability for a confirmed order is limited to the amount paid to us for that order, except in cases of fraud or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be resolved in good faith may be submitted to the competent courts in Guangzhou, unless we agree in writing to another forum.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
